I've been coming to this studio for almost 2 years now and I love it! The teachers are very supportive and I leave every class feeling happy, calm and refreshed.
I have just recently tried Yin Yoga with Francesca and it was wonderful. She is an amazing teacher who really connects with everyone in the room. The whole experience was very relaxing , mindful and calming. I am looking forward to going again!i give this place 5 hearts , did i mention a lovely pup will greet you? Bonus!
Cant say enough good things about the Fantastic teachersTheres a large variety of different classes Francesca is very patient and most helpful Always feel welcome and I have learned so much, although I still have lots to learn.I find the gentle yoga class great for keeping and increasing my mobility, the Yin is both relaxing and challenging at the same time The hips and twist classes are great for releasing tension.
Karma Lifestyle Yoga has been a fantastic experience. I felt welcomed my first day and always leave feeling improved in body, mind and spirit. With a variety of classes to choose from there is something for everyone.
