This is by far the smallest gym I've ever been to. The staff was ok but I personally wouldn't go back
This is the cleanest GoodLife gym I have been to.It may be a little small. But a great place to workout.
It is hard to believe that a place that is suppose to promote fitness and good health offers tanning services. Tanning beds cause skin cancer and are a proven carcinogen. You will never get my business.
Pros: very wide selection, WIFI (to save u from the horrible music that keeps bombarding u there), large exercise room, good staff.Cons: old equipment (ellipticals, treadmills etc...), tanning bed, really???, bathrooms a bit old.
Nice clean and well maintained facility and the staff are very friendly. The day passes are a bit pricey though.
