Ian and folks at this shop gave my family a Xmas miracle. Above all, these are honest, friendly, professional and decent people. Day before Xmas eve, driving whole family (6 ppl) from Toronto to Ottawa when one tire started losing pressure. Stopped at the ONRoute near Coburg, calling around based on Google trying to find a place for emergency tire repair. This shop was the fourth call I made, after all previous ones turning me down saying they were too busy to take walk-ins. Ian picked up the phone and said “maybe we can squeeze you in” if I could make it in ~20min as I said I could. I got there on time as promised, and they took my car in to the back as quickly as they could. Turns out, no punctures on the tire with warning message (and also no issues with the other three). They had the wheel removed and soap tested four times. In the end, helped inflate the tire and gave me back the car within 60min in total. Issue was most likely due to low temperature and glitchy TPMS. Here’s the kicker: they did not charge me a dime after all this. I was shocked - if this was not a real life Xmas miracle, i don’t know what is.
A friend recommended him about my 2013 Chevrolet Captiva Sport . I understood what he was trying to say but there's a way to explain it and i didn't appreciate how he spoke to me. Plus in the end he couldn't have done anything without me coming out of pocket,and why would i ,since im paying for a warranty. And still can't get the work done.I didn't say you worked on my car.And j did come there. I spoke to a short white gentleman. I was supposed to come back that following Monday,but decided not too. My car was a 4 door gray Captiva,the friend who recommended me,works at a business on Pierson Road.
This team really goes above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate the help getting my car in order after hours on a moment's notice from a new customer. I would have been in a pickle if this didn't happen: I got home from work and heard air hissing out of my tire from a piece of metal it picked up. It was just before 5:30 (which when they close) and I was calling frantically to try and find a place in Cobourg that would still be open, after finding out Canadian Tire and Walmart were overbooked. I finally called Goodyear one mi ute before they closed and without hesitation they said they would stay late for me! Once again, it's much appreciated and I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!
Ryan and his team were fantastic from start to finish! Excellent, fast service and their COVID-19 response made me feel very comfortable going there. Thanks guys! Next time we’ll have the car detailed too!
