Lol what mr justice baker fails to mention in his review was he stopped in at 10:00 at night to get fuel yes and tried to pay for $15 worth of fuel with a $100 bill which is posted on our door that we may not accept anything above and including a $50 bill and then began screaming at the cashier stating because it's canadian currency we have to take it!!! Then after rattling arun he then proceeded to pay with a card after threatening to complain!
Arun needs to be fired. Awful employee disrespectful forgot my petro points screwed up my fuel order not allowing cash use at 10pm he has lost your store buisness.
I went to this gas station and paid for 20 litres of fuel as seen on the receipt. I only received 18 litres as you can see in the jerry can. I posted this review before and they had it removed. Your not getting what you pay for.
I have been to this location a number of times as it’s the closest Petro-Canada to my house, A few times per week. I mainly buy gas on two occasions at this location I have had issues with the staff. I recently went in to buy a lighter, the lady working asked me for ID which side note I have been buying products there for well over 2 years and has seen my id a ton of times. I’m in my 30s and was having a bad morning and was in a hurry and left my wallet in the car. She continues to tell me that you have to be 25 to purchase tobacco products. I know the rules as I managed a gas station in my 20s and I said actually a lighter is not classified as a tobacco product so there isn’t an age restriction unless you believe the person is under 18. Even though this lady knows and has seen my id before she still checked it. All because your employees don’t know who there regular customers are,I will no longer be going to this location again! Part of the job working in customer service is to remember our customers to keep them happy and coming back. I went above and beyond in my role of customer service I even so much as remembered my regular customers and what they bought daily/weekly. DO BETTER PETRO!
Don't like the fact that there stations are always more expensive then anyone else but because I have the Petro point card I use them but not a big fan of the fact there more because of the card !
Incredible staff, very friendly service. Fantastic car wash and last but not least, it’s close to the beach! Perfect for grabbing some snacks and drinks.
Super convenient location. Very close to the beach. Amazing service here, with everyone being super friendly all the time. I find the prices are always a few cents lower here than the competition as well
