Never would recommend this place. I had an appointment at Canadian tire in which I had to take a cab for my child's appointment to see a specialist. Came back two hours later and they hadn't even looked at my vehicle!! I said I had a scheduled appointment in which was disregard by offering another appointment at a later date. Never visit the automotive section.
If you are thinking of getting your vehicle fixed at this store, think again. The mechanics are absolutely brutal at this particular location. 400 dollars and two separate trips back to the shop because they didnt fix what we had asked them to. They were not apologetic by any means. If anything they make it seem as if you are an inconvience to them. They also forgot to E-TEST my car so that was a third trip back to the shop. Weve emailed customer service and asked to speak to the store manager and they never got back to us. We will never be returning to this location.
Great store, with great friendly staff. However, the service is painfully slow when busy, and the way they have the lineup area to the cashier set up is very strange. Customers are basically forced to guess which cashier will finish serving customers first. This often leads to people behind you in line completing their purchases before you. Not a big issue for me, but kind of odd for a big business operating in 2018.
Large store with friendly staff. You'll find most of what you're looking for at a reasonable price. Know little about the service dept. Recommend
