Always a good place to pop into and check out. Especially if you need items for home improvement, check there before the big stores. Never know if they have the items. Picked up recessed led lights at a very good price.
I like to support community causes. Habitat for Humanity and the ReStore are great community places to support. I'm happy to donate items that are in good condition that somebody else can use. Pass along the good!
The Staff here was soooo kind! And they have a massive selection of all sorts of tools, home goods and furniture, they even have new clothes for sale. The store had a sale on paints so I ended up getting some, and also bought garden items which were a very good price compared to other places. They had this gorgeous piano when I first walked in so I took a minute to play a song called Via Dolorosa, the staff loved it and so did I, the piano sounded magical. Sadly I am not from the area and was unable to give it a new home.
Some.good deals. Would be better if they could negotiate items that have been donated. I mean they get it for free and people with lower incomes come in to try and purchase more affordable items. Somewhat disappointing, but I also understand what they can't do that
Prices have become somewhat expensive. I see the same items visit after visit that don't sell because of price. That is why they have so much inventory.
Absolutely do NOT recommend this location. Habitat For Humanity Restore is suppose to be a place that is friendly and stands for the community. The way they treat their customers is beyond disgusting and I would not support this location if it was the last one opened. Horrible experience from someone who has been to many of the locations from Kingston-Toronto
Very pricy...come on a lot of people go here that don't have a lot of money...Where is the compassion now for our community that can't afford big box pricing!!!
