Absolute worst customer service, I sold him some jewellery and while I was there I asked him to verify that my new gold ring was real, to which he told me it wasn't (may I add that this is my wedding band so I was heartbroken over it thinking we had been scammed) well I took it to two other Goldsmith's who confirmed it was in fact real. He most likely was hoping to buy it from me for next to nothing in hopes of turning a profit or that I'd return my ring and come purchase from him, other than those reasons I can't understand why he'd lie, or maybe he'sunqualified or last but not least just really didn't care if it was real or fake.I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.
