When I telephoned and spoke with a member of the staff he was pleasant and cordial. I give him two stars. When I arrived I was gobsmacked to discover the awful climb of stairs one must take to get service. This is not a place for those with rheumatoid arthritis, spinal stenosis, and other crippling diseases. They should make this very clear to potential clients that there is no access for disabled people. Now I must find a clinic more accessible. Too bad.
