I had my hair done here by a junior stylist over a year ago and am still dealing with issues from them using too much bleach. I have always had highlights with no issues. I went there once and they did balayage over my existing highlights which overprocessed my hair. They used so much bleach that I had breakage the next day and over a year later I still have crunchy, broken split ends from where they used too much product.
