Went to the cobourg store today January 6 2025. I thought I bought a strawberry cake but as I was leaving I realized it was raspberry so I went back in to exchange it. Two women were working in the back and one looked up irritated as I guess I bothered her so I told her I bought the wrong cake and need to exchange it. She rolled her eyes and was quite put out that I needed help and I asked her politely if it was a huge problem for her to exchange the cake. She said quite miserably well now I have to go in and fix the inventory. Wow like it's your job to have to do things like that. Anyway for the price you pay for any MnMs products I thought I should of been treated a little better. How ignorant she was. Thanks for nothing. Won't ever go back there ever.
I love shopping @ m&m meats in Cobourg!!, very polite, friendly staff!! Great varieties of food with great quality and never busy ..i don't like Walmart @ all...for groceries!! This place is well worth your hard earned $ spent!! Chicken strips are Awesome!! A++
Best staff, best food and great deal for my money. People think it's expensive but there is never any waste and the food is superb plus I shop Canadian as much as I can
Really disappointed to see such a tiny store allowing 7 people in the store during the Covid-19 pandemic. Definitely NOT following 6 feet apart rule, as it's not possible to keep that kind of distance in such a small store. You should be ashamed, putting your employees and customers at risk.
