Never mentioned that earphones are not returnable. Sold me damaged earphones and refused to allow me to return them the next day. My small business spends about 6,000 a year in this store and they lost me as a customer over a $100 pair of ear buds. Very bad policy.
Went to have passport photos taken. Staff was excellent. Couldn't do enough to help. Photo session and completed photos were very well done and completed very promptly.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly hello. The printing staff went above and beyond to correct an error I made when getting memorial cards for my grandfather made. They were warm and so quick to fix the issue. Honestly have not seen customer service like this in years.

3rd Staples I've been to in last 2 weeks. By far the best business center. Fast computer. All the difference between 5 mins work and 30 mins of frustration.
Needed ink for my Epson printer. Cost more than what I paid for the printer. I said forget it! Hopefully find a better deal across the border. (Update)Got a really great deal in New Jersey! Bought 2 new sets of cartridges and still paid less than it would have cost me for one set in Cobourg! Someone is really overpriced!
