awesome counter service from the staff /very easy to deal with bought two filters from [oil and air] were ordered in very quick to get ..excellent quality ..considering its a 60 year old vehicle thanks [have purchased many items over a 3 year period !! ]
Their prices are quite steep. They also aren't interested in looking through their physical inventory, or even looking up on the computer what you might be asking about. Here, either take what we shove at you, or leave it. I ended up leaving with what I needed, but not exact parts, and extremely expensive. Next time, I'll go see what Crappy Tired has to offer. Else, had time not been pressing, Amazonk had tons of options at reasonable prices. I just couldn't wait 5 days to have it delivered.
I placed an order which was supposed to take 2 weeks to come in, but which actually took 4 weeks. I called after 2 and after 3 weeks had gone by, and the employees knew I was getting frustrated and desperate with the delay. How does a business get a 5 star review which took twice as long to get my order in as expected? Because they (especially Jim and Steve) were understanding, courteous, polite, and they made it up to me on the day I finally got to pick up the order by giving me a deal I just couldn't refuse, and then an extra amazing bonus on top of that. Most impeccable customer service, and you can bet money that I'll go back to NAPA Cobourg whenever I need anything for my car.
I have ordered quite a few items from this location over the past couple of months and im very pleased with the customer service! While completeing my orders over the phone with Justin I found him to be very helpful in finding the correct parts for my custom race car and he even price matched an expencive part that I desperatly needed! All of my orders were ready the same or next day which is why i perfer to buy parts from this local store over any online store!
Really can't say anything bad about this place at all. My brother and I searched high and low for an under-hood battery for his Honda Civic hybrid with no luck -- even the dealer chuckled when we asked for one. These guys were super friendly, including the cool dog they have watching over their shop, and got us in and out with a new battery in less than 5 minutes. It's nice being served by a bunch of good ole boys who know their stuff. If you're looking for good service and automotive knowledge, give these guys your business.
